StreetRepeat Founder Julie Hrudová on the ‘A Photographic Life’ Podcast

I’d definitely recommend to follow this weekly podcast series. Each time Grant discusses a new theme within the world of photography, which could be education, motivation, trends in photography, financial issues – a great variety of subjects. He also invites photographers, editors, educators and others to talk about what photography means to them, in less than five minutes. Some included guests are Susan Meiselas (MAGNUM), Mary Ellen Mark, Paolo Roversi and Erwin Olaf. Click here for the full list of the included guests.

For me it was a fun and at the same time frustrating challenge, to make a stutter-free recording of a few minutes. Also, when working with images, I feel like there is less motivation to translate the meaning of photography into words. So to be pushed to do that, write it all down first, was a useful exercise.
