Hello everyone and thank you for visiting this site. My name is Julie Hrudová and I’m the founder & curator of StreetRepeat.
My own background lies in Media Studies. Since completing an MA in Film and Photographic Studies in Leiden, Netherlands, I’ve been working as a freelance photographer for various media outlets and companies, and as a photo editor at RTL (television). In my personal work, which mostly revolves around street photography, I tend to focus on the ambiguity of events. I like to capture moments in which it’s unclear what is happening or why it’s happening.
